If you
travel in US waters and own a 30ft boat or larger you require a 'Fuel Decal"
from the US Government
Go to
www.cbp.gov , select "travel" tab, then
select "user fee decal/transponder program", then choose "apply on
line for decal' link in the right margin.
Select "sign
up" to get to get User ID and password.....good luck! Also for
